The Resource Table lists the names of the resources assigned to a project, in alphabetical order. For each resource, it shows the calendar assigned, sets the number available, and stores cost information.

You can add new resource names to the project by using New Resource from the Edit menu when the Resource Table is the active chart. You can also select text and change fields directly in this table.

You select rows by clicking in this column. Then you can delete the resources with Clear from the Edit menu or export the information in the selected rows to other applications with Export Data from the File menu.

This is the resource cost per unit. The unit of duration (minutes, days, and so on) is determined by what you have set in the Duration Scale from the Dates menu. The preset cost is zero.

This is the number available for the histogram. A value of 1.00 indicates that the resource is working full time.
